ARRIVALS

In order to offer you the best service possible, LV recommends you arrive 15 mins before your booking to check-in and adequate preparation time. Should you arrive late and your booking time impose onto another, it may affect your treatment time.

ETIQUETTE

Lux Vita’s values were borne with the intention to create a relaxing, positive and encouraging environment for those around us. Whilst the amount of business activity can vary dependent on the time of the day treatments take place, we strive to ensure a safe and respectful experience for our clients and expect the same from those who join us on their journey.

CANCELLATION POLICY

LV kindly requests you to give 24 hours cancellation should you be unable to make your appointment. We reserve the right to charge full fee of appointment if cancellation is within 12 hours of booking or flat fee of $50 if cancellations is before 12 hours to compensate staff for loss of wages. If appointment is simply ‘missed’, treatment will be charged to you in full. This fee is included for gift voucher bookings. Our team is understanding that whilst things can happen in life out of our control we genuinely care to deliver the best to you and appreciate the same kindness in return.

Please inform us of any medical or health conditions, allergies, injury or pregnancy when making your reservation.
